| Though there are only a few minor big screen performances to this Oak Park natives name (for example, as 'Man in Chair' in The War of the Roses, his voice is known to nearly every human alive -- he is the voice over actor who gives life to Homer Simpson. Born in Chicago, IL on September 10, 1958, Castellaneta was a former member of Chicago's Second City. In additon to the Simpsons, he's also done voice work on several other TV series, including The Tick (Charles' father), Darkwing Duck, Earthworm Jim, and Cow and Chicken.
