"Overstock" might be the best kept Sunday secret in Chicago. Running since September 2005, this show boasts a rotating cast of up-and-coming actor/comedians and a variety show format that guarantees a quick pace and plenty of laughs. Popular improv/comedy groups that have graced the show before include Chuckle Sandwich, fresh from festival performances in NYC, DC, San Francisco & Toronto, and the Lanie & Emmy Show, a hilarious 2-woman team that bring new props and costumes from home each week. Second City mainstage actor Brian Gallivan has made frequent appearance here, trying out new comedy ideas with his Boston buddies in a group called the Ex-Patriots.
