I can't say enough about this intimate Mediterranean restaurant. It's the perfect place to dress up or down, dine with friends or significant others, or take a first date. On any given night you'll see a mix of neighborhood types: young and old, out-of-towners and folks from surrounding neighborhoods. Grab a table in the window and watch the busy Broadway crowds scurry up and down the street while you eat or pick a seat near the fireplace if you're looking for a more romantic spot.
Dim lighting and soft music create an atmosphere perfect for you and your sweetie. Entrees run the gamut from light fare like veggies and couscous to thick and spicy curries with chicken and couscous. Casbah also serves up the usual suspects: hummus, couscous, kebabs and dolmeh. Portion sizes will leave your belly full and not so much as a nick in your wallet. BYOB with a $4 corkage fee makes it an even better value.
