| Artistic director of the critically-acclaimed 18th century period group, the Chicago Baroque Ensemble, Rozendaal has also served as principal cellist of The City Musick, and Basically Bach -- his viol playing has been called "splendid" (Chicago Tribune) and "breathtaking" (Chicago Sun-Times). He teaches at the Music Center of the North Shore, and Roosevelt University.
