| John Curley has been behind the scenes, and the turntables, of almost every major club event in Chicago since 1988. As the resident DJ of two of Chicago's most pioneering and legendary venues, Medusa and Shelter, John has been instrumental in shaping the musical tastes of an entire generation of Chicago club-goers. Alongside Derrick Carter and Mark Farina, John's reign as the primary programmer at Shelter Nightclub spanned nearly a decade and was central to the life of the Chicago dance music community in the nineties.
