Howlin' Wolf

Late (1910-1976) legendary Chicago bluesman (born Chester Burnett in West Point, Mississippi), with Muddy Waters the city's most influential contributions to the genre. His fierce vocal style emphasized Blues' rawest roots. Check out a few of his classic recordings: "Back Door Man," "The Red Rooster," "I Ain't Superstitious," and "Goin' Down Slow."
