Indie four piece plays the usual low-fi alterna-ish stuff that's so popular these days. They've got a Brian Deck produced record Carpet Bomb Solutions out on Crank Records. Members included: Paul Adelstein (vocals, guitars, keys), David Singer (guitar), Mike Simons (bass), and Matt Tucker (drums). They have a track, "All you Need" on Local 101, the Q101 compilation of local bands. An interesting side note: Adelstein is a professional actor with the Steppenwolf Theatre Company and has appeared in numerous films including "My Best Friend's Wedding" and "The Grifters" and will appear on two sitcoms on CBS and ABC in the autumn of '98.
David Singer has his own band, David Singer & The Sweet Science, which also includes Doris bassist Mike Simons.
Doris seems to still be active in the music community. Their last album "Between You and Me" can be purchased through iTunes or CD Baby.
