| Quality Chicago hip-hop/soul bands are hard to come by, but Contriband is trying to change that with its easygoing style of funk. More of a soul and instrumentation outfit than a straight up hip-hop band, Contriband is a solid act that gives its listeners a Sublime/J-Rawls/Roots sound.
