Patrons can choose to either create their own or try one of the house specialties, which incorporate Mediterranean flavors: Try the labne, yogurt spread served on your choice of bread, with zaatar, tomato, olive and olive oil, heated in a panini toaster. Owner Leo Razko has incorporated some Chicago favorites by offering Carol's Cookies and pastries from Bucktown's SweetThang. Additionally, Ambrosia Cafe has fresh fruit smoothies and juices, freshly roasted Spanish coffee and a wide variety of teas.

Ambrosia Cafe's comfortable seating and inviting atmosphere are enhanced by its flat-screen televisions and free wi-fi. BYOB is encouraged ($3 corkage fee). Ambrosia Cafe "is not home and it is not work ... it is your third place."
