The educational organization hosts five-week, once-a-week courses on wine and spirits. Categorized into three levels, classes teach students anything from the basics, like distinguishing fruity from mellow wines, to covering more than 30 varieties of wine. Classes are held at 404 Wine Bar and cost $170-$200 per person. The staff is also available for corporate events, lectures, seminars, tastings and private parties.
