Spybar's 4,200-square-foot River North space has undergone $1.3 million in renovations and now features exposed rafters, oak floors and original brick walls, plus modern touches such as glass, leather and indirect lighting. The space accommodates up to 300 people, with a section at the front for general seating and additional areas dedicated to bottle service. Expect an extensive champagne list, truffles and chocolates provided by Vosges Haut Chocolate and seasonal cocktails designed by mixologist John Kinder. Of course, you'll still be able to hear DJs nightly via the state-of-the-art sound system.
