Located in the clubbing district clustered on and around Lake Street, Estate adds a classic touch to nightclub design. Gone are all the annoying lights, cold metal interiors and bulbous speakers. Instead, Estate looks like a recreation of a French country residence. Everything in the club is outfitted like Louis XIV would have wanted.

The stage is topped with crossed swords and surrounded by a pair of statues, a living room (complete with a fireplace) stands next to the bar and the upstairs study is lined with books. Even if you discount the VIP balconies, this place is filled with luxurious lounging areas. Don’t worry-once the party starts, this place is anything but a quaint museum. The tiny stage only means there’s more space on the wooden dance floor to dance the night away. With a variety of club promoters booking events here, expect anything from house music to R&B. The three fully-stocked bars guarantee quick access to drinks and a wide variety of choices, including every type of cocktail and mixed drink. Traditional amenities, like coat check, valet and an ATM, are all available. Cover charge varies depending on the night, so make sure to plan ahead.
