Regardless of your sexual orientation, if you don't have a good time at Circuit, you must not have a pulse. If you don't have a pulse, one will certainly be provided for you, as the beat of the club's dance, techno and Latin music goes on...and on...and on until the wee hours of the 'morn.
Circuit catered to a different early morning crowd when it opened in '96 as a coffee shop. Red bull and vodka replaces coffee these days. The lights are as colorful as the racially and sexually diverse crowd who wolf down the frozen drinks at the front bar lounge, dubbed "Rehab." Cocktail sipping gives way to dancing as the night becomes less and less young, though what goes on at Circuit depends on when you show up.
The self-proclaimed "hottest gay and lesbian dance club with a Latin flavor," lives up to its moniker with many Latin theme nights, like Thursday's La Noche Loca (with Drag Queen Miss Ketty and her Latina Review); Friday and Saturday's DJ happenings are pretty varied. Previous events have included Pridefest activities and an appearance by Kelly Osbourne (sadly, no Ozzy). The bar owners' give-back-to-the-community spirit is noteworthy and commendable.
